I was always impressed at how engaged you were with our sub-contractors, making sure they understood key design elements to eliminate problems down the road. You made sure you were always on the job site during critical events and you stayed steadfast to the design elements you felt strongly about. It was clear as the sky was blue that having Froeberland Landscape Architecture as part of our team made the difference.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Jeff Froeber in 2009-2010 on the landscaping around our new winery outside Newberg. After speaking with Jeff about plant and color preferences for the property, he came up with a beautiful and hardy selection of trees, bushes, perennial flowers and groundcovers. The property is a bit unforgiving, with high winds and hot south facing exposures. However, the gardens, even now in late September, continue to look fresh and inviting. Some of the unseen elements of the landscaping — namely drainage and ground preparation before planting –were extremely well managed. We have never had to cope with standing water or flooding into the winery or yellow spots on the expansive lawns. Jeff has continued to keep in touch with us after the project was complete. We have found this to be surprisingly rare in the world of construction. Best of all, our visitors LOVE the grounds and we feel it has been a major factor in drawing people to our winery. We give Jeff an A+ for his work — start to finish!

Just wanted to thank you and Showscapes for a great job and keeping everything coordinated to make such a fantastic outcome. What a lasting impression. It only makes me want MORE now. Guess that is on the back burner for a bit as other projects are calling right now but I am SURE that there will be a future NEED.
